115 - A Conversation with Jen

This week’s Trailercast conversation is with Jen. I actually had the pleasure of getting to know Jen awhile back when she attended Weekends! Jen is a total boss and so much fun to talk to, and this conversation is so relatable. We talk about people-pleasing, the difference between invisibility and being unseen, and what it is like to be a woman in a professional space. We talk about remembering who we are, and the difference in knowing in our heads verses knowing in our gut. We talk about quarantine and boundaries and resilience and so much more. And we talk about Weekends! We remember all of the great work that Jen began there and talk about what has happened in her life since. If you’ve ever been curious about attending Weekends and wanted a sneak peak into some of the work we do there, this conversation is for you! This conversation is jam-packed full of truths, and my hope is that something in Jen’s story connects to yours in such a way that you walk away feeling encouraged and seen. If you are interested in attending Weekends this year, there are still a few spaces left for Weekends in Malibu this fall! Check out more here.
