Tom Kovach is President of DonorBasis, LLC, Executive Director of LVMPD Foundation & Project Real, and sits on the Boards of United Way of Southern Nevada, Dignity Health, Nevada School of the Arts, and the Human Rights Campaign. DonorBasis LLC is a firm he founded to help non-profit organizations working in the US and abroad to achieve greater good through improved fundraising, strategy, planning, executive management, and board development.
