#115: Expanding Your Experience of Love & Connection

If you were to take a step back and look at the bigger picture, we are all seeking to feel more of the emotion of love. Whether that's feeling more love for ourselves, feeling stronger love in our relationships, or feeling loved by the people in our lives - it drives our goals, our success, or health and wellness and so much more.  Today I'm teaching how we actually experience this emotion, and how its actually quite different than how we've been conditioned to believe we experience it.
