115: Following Your Heart’s Truth – The Heart and Solar Plexus Paired Chakras

Our conversation today has us addressing the first of three pairs of chakras - the Heart and Solar Plexus Chakras. We'll use the Celtic Chakra tradition (rather than the Hindu tradition that you might be most familiar with) to discuss the spiral path, why and how certain chakras are paired, and why it might be time to start your balancing practice somewhere other than your Root Chakra.
