#115 コーヒーをプレゼントしてもらいました！について

こんばんは！Atsushiです。 みなさん、お元気ですか？ 私は少しだけ、鼻がつまっています。 聞きにくかったらすみません。 北海道はかなり寒くなってきました。 わが家では、今日から石油ストーブをつけました。 北海道では、賃貸の家に、はじめから石油ストーブがついています。関西では、エアコンはほぼついていますが、ストーブはついていません。 家の中が結構寒くなってきたので、今日からストーブをつけることにしました。 さて、今日の本題です。 僕のレッスンを受けてくれている方から、おととい荷物が届きました！それはなんと、アメリカで売っているコーヒーでした。それのコーヒーは特別なコーヒーで、oak roasted coffee と書いてありました。日本ではoakは樫かし、と言います。樫の木で焙煎したコーヒー、ということですね、おもしろい！ summer moon coffeeというショップのコーヒーでした。 日本では見たことがないコーヒーです。 https://youtu.be/-o3QrPNWrOY 今日、それをワクワクしながら、妻と一緒に飲みました！ ドリップする前のコーヒー豆は少しバニラのようなフレーバーで甘い香りがしました。そして、ドリップして飲みました。香りは少し、燻したようなスモークしたような香りがありましたが、飲んでみると香りの印象よりもマイルドで飲みやすいコーヒーでした。後味にかすかにスモークのような香りが残ったので、これがこのoakで焙煎している特徴なんだと思います。 とてもおもしろいコーヒーでした！ この場をかりてお礼を言います、ありがとうございます！ 日本語のオンラインレッスンをしている楽しみの1つは、こうして海外の方と人としてのつながりができることにあります。 今後も海外のみなさんが日本に来た時に会うことができるのも楽しみですし、僕が海外に行った時に、その場ではじめてリアルで会えるのもとてもワクワクします。 日本人と知り合いになりたい！北海道へ行った時にいろいろ教えてほしい！などがありましたら、ぜひ僕のオンラインレッスンを受けてみてください！ ということで、今回も最後まで聞いていただき、ありがとうございます！ではまた！ Good evening! It turned out to be coffee sold in America. The coffee on it was a special coffee and it said oak roasted coffee. In Japan oak is called Kashikashi. Coffee roasted in oak trees, interesting! The coffee was from a shop called summer moon coffee. It is a coffee that I have never seen in Japan. I drank it with my wife today with excitement! The coffee beans before dripping had a sweet scent with a slightly vanilla-like flavor. Then I dripped it and drank it. The scent was a little smoky, but when I drank it, it was a milder and easier-to-drink coffee than the impression of the scent.
