They are such a beautiful couple and we are so excited to introduce them to you:Cory is a human-impact community builder, communications entrepreneur and plant medicine advocate who has spent the last 5 years building communities in the mental health and wellness space. After a 20 year battle with depression, he has committed his career to a vision where the stigmatization of mental illness is replaced with compassion, transformation and community connection. As a conscious breathwork guide, integration coach and the former Executive Director of the Canadian Psychedelic Association, Cory is passionate about collaborating with other advocates to expand education, equity and psychedelic access at home and abroad.Caitlyn’s personal journey of healing inspired her to pursue training in yoga and mindfulness, somatic therapy and art, to assist others on their path to wholeness, vitality and joy. She completed her 500 hour trauma-informed yoga teacher training in Toronto at YogaSpace, holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from OCAD University, and is currently training in Somatic Trauma therapy. Caitlyn’s gentle approach is accessible and she encourages you to honour yourself. She aims to promote a deeper sense of embodied presence, and connection with the self.As a couple?...these two are unstoppable.
