Dean Hallett is a leadership expert and most well known for being the CFO for Twentieth Century Fox, where he was a key member of the executive team and instrumental in shaping the overall strategy of the studio. Prior to being at Fox, Dean was the Executive Vice President and CFO for The Walt Disney Studios, where he developed a unique and highly effective 9-month leadership training program for early and mid-career managers. Dean is a skier, runner, triathlete and golfer, and spends as much time as possible outdoors and with family. He is a firm believer that a balanced lifestyle is critical to success, and incorporates these values into his coaching and leadership training.
