116 Sunflowers

Either face it or get put down from it; your choice. Do we need hope to change our lives? The call to adventure. Drawing a picture of a sunflower or walking through a field of sunflowers? Knowledge vs Experience. Can you draw a pretty picture? Let Life show you what it's all about rather than trying to figure it out. Let it happen. Relapsing after long term recovery. How do we keep active and stay humble? Accepting conditions as they are. Not comparing yourself to past experiences. Stop trying to get the old experiences back. It has gone away for a reason. We don't want to get attached to old information. Relapse shows you where the fault was in the foundation.  Feeling like you can't breathe emotionally. Being in the thick of it. You earned it. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC93nT0ACHVfQGW5-BaLNZMQ https://www.instagram.com/fromthegravepodcast/https://fromthegraveco.com
