116. Your Leadership Impact Leaders have a choice of how to spend their time each day but they have a hard time letting go of doing things that aren’t adding as much value. It comes down to looking at the impact that they are making. If they aren’t focused on the high value things, then they may need to build stronger boundaries and systems to get everything done but it allows them to spend time on what is important. I know some leaders who get little to no time with their managers and although they are getting through it, that isn’t ideal. So let’s spend some time today talking about leadership impact.
