In today's story, we hear a letter from our friend Paul. He reminds us that when we feel nervous or anxious,  we should notice what we are thinking about. Sometimes our minds can run wild with crazy thoughts that just aren't true or good. Our feelings can lead us astray at times. We will do something special today, and hear a short story about a girl named Kayleigh.
