Para solucionar este y otros errores o problemas debes eliminar la app de Instagram por completo. La mayoría de la gente cree que para eliminar por completo la app de Instagram se debe mantener apretada la app y darle a eliminar. Eso no es suficiente. Sigue estos pasos para eliminar la app por completo y solucionar algunos errores. Aviso. Tras eliminar la app perderás todos los borradores de Instagram y los usuarios y contraseñas de todas las apps deberás introducirlos de nuevo. Recomiendo la app LastPass para gestionar los datos y no tener que recordarlos. Paso 1: Eliminar app Mantén apretada la app > Eliminar App > Eliminar Paso 2: Eliminar datos Ajustes > General > Reestablecer > Borrar contenidos y ajustes > Borrar (haz copia de seguridad antes ya que eliminas los datos de todas las apps y tendrás que volver a meter usuario y contraseña) Paso 3: Reinicia el iPhone Mantén apretado el botón de encendido y desliza para apagar el iphone. Espera 5 minutos y vuelve a encenderlo.
