117: Connecting to Your Divine Roots - the Crown and Root Paired Chakras

The third and final pairing in the Celtic Chakra system - the Crown and Root Chakras - is the subject of today's episode! Representing your connection to both the earth and universe, the past and future, the physical and spiritual, we'll explore what this ancient system calls the Path of Life. This is the pair responsible for health and vitality, not just physical health, but emotional, mental, and spiritual health as well. Importantly, this pair shows us that connection to the divine, to ourselves, and to others is how we fully experience this life.
