The demands of work-home balance, the constant pressure of the pandemic, our families, our loved ones, our employees are stressful, oppressive, and debilitating. It is in these moments that we must safeguard our peace by remaining calm and practicing radical self-care in order to sustain ourselves to continue the work ahead.  Our guest today believes black women have been sold a bill of goods about working hard and putting everyone else first. Natasha aka the Love CEO has been teaching other women how to love themselves unapologetically and use Love as a strategy to increase their bottom line, build relationships, and design the lives they want.Today we are going to discuss how you can use radical self-care to construct the life you deserve.Natasha is a speaker, actress, and love coach who guides women into living their best lives. "I believe women are the gatekeepers to love. We have more power than society has led us to believe and when we tap into that love power we can create the lives and relationships our hearts desire. I coach smart women who want to tap into their love power and live a happier life.".. As an actress, Natasha toured her one-woman show, "Evolution of a Love Addict" across the US. Her mission in life is to encourage and empower women through all forms of media. She is the Founder of Love CEO Institute, the place where women promote themselves from Love Employee to Love CEO via live events, online courses, and private coaching.
