In this episode Lori talks about 4 important tips to remember as a seller to make your home top notch and ready for the spring competition. 1. Sunlight sells. 2. Be Curbside Pretty. 3. The Front Door Matters. 4. Make the Temperature Comfortable. If the potential buyer does not feel safe, whether or not that is simply driving by your front yard and it is run down, with cobwebs and the mailbox is missing or the front door doesn’t lock OR unlock.. Chances are they WILL NOT be buying your home. Much less staying long enough to see the rest of it. Putting a little work in before listing your home WILL go a long way.
