117. Trail Team - Cheer Episode 9 (AT)

In this episode, we hear from thru-hiker founder, and soon to be triple-crowner, Cheer, as she continues her 2023 thru-hike on the Appalachian Trail! Week 9 on the Appalachian Trail covers the miles from Waynesboro to Front Royal, VA through the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Shenandoah National Park. This stretch brought easier hiking, generally good weather and some great views including favorites such as Blackrock Summit, The Pinnacle and Mary's Rock. Cheer talks about hitting the 900 mile marker, a shoutout to her new favorite shoes and having fun lunch stops at waysides along Skyliine drive. Can you say blackberry shake!?!
