Below is a short description of what’s coming up and important links and/or announcements: Watch These Announcements on Video Here Mr. Gray’s Class Podcast Class Website Walk to Northwood Memorial and Castle Park Field Trip- Friday, May 27th Monday, May 30th is the Memorial Day Holiday (no school) IPSF Summer Classes and Camps Registration This is a class taught by a good friend of mine Multiplication and Division Facts Practice  Spelling Words - The kids will receive the words Tuesday, practice during the week, and take the quiz on Friday. Follow along with our Wordament! And our Class Chess Tournament! Reader’s Workshop The students will continue their mystery book report. It is due on Friday. Writer’s Workshop The kids continue on our Writer’s Workshop Unit: Changing the World (Persuasive Speeches). The kids will publish their speeches this week. Math What happened to math class? The kids will take a closer look at volume and do some review of Area and Perimeter. Social Studies The kids will create a folder for an American Hero. They have resources to do research and create an in-depth look at an important American. Science The kids will create a poster about a severe weather event and design a product that can protect someone from that severe weather event. Thank you, Mr. Gray
