As a healthspan coach, I love helping you execute a personal plan to put more life in your years and more years in your life. But it’s important to remember that we’re all going to die, and consider whether we might be subconsciously drawn to using these healthy interventions as a way of running away from death. Uncomfortable as it is, accepting our impending death can lead to greater happiness and a more fulfilling life. And we can be at peace with our upcoming death while also making efforts to delay its arrival.
