#118 Build a Bridge and Get Over It: Julianne Nagle

from Starter Girlz Podcast · host Jennifer Loehding

Send a text Julianne Nagle has a passion for helping people succeed, whether in business decisions or health choices. She is a top leader in a global company, and she is the founder of Garden O'Veaten, Utah's first 100% plant-based, non-GMO, gluten-free "reach and teach" food truck. In this episode, Julianne shares how her diagnosis with MS and a company trip collided and allowed her to seek an alternative way to heal her body. Although she was successful, she later faced another challenge when her 1200 pound horse crushed her three times, leaving her body in a devasting state. She continued using the same way of eating that had allowed her to remain medicine-free despite an MS diagnosis and, in the process, healing her body from the equestrian accident. As a result, she created the "little university on wheels," as she calls it, where she teaches others how to use the right foods for proper fueling. Julianne offers some tips on how to make some minor changes to your eating. We talk about mindset, and we finish up with a couple of fun questions. Julianne's success is evident in her business and health, but the universal quality that has helped her push through to success is her mindset. She says her favorite saying is "build a bridge and get over it."You can learn more about Julianne and Garden O'Veaton at https://gardenoveaten.com/.These are our friends. These are your friends. AND they are living the extraordinary. #riseup #beamazing #beyoudoyou
