118 ~ Choice vs Decision - Crucial Difference

When we talk about the 5 Cs from Judith W. Umlas’ book: Grateful Leadership: Using the Power of Acknowledgment to Engage All Your People and Achieve Superior Results;  We are referring to the steps taken to move along your Grateful Leadership journey.
