#118: How To Stop Staying Small & Show Up As Your Authentic Self in 2023

What if in 2023, you were to stop limiting yourself, staying small, and going along to get along? I know, any of my fellow people pleasers out there might be feeling a tad bit nervous at the idea, but hear me out… Today I'm sharing a story from my yoga teacher training when I personally discovered the true power of one person stepping into courage to share a message that the entire crowd might not have wanted to hear. For me, that message changed my life.  I'm exploring all the ways that sharing YOUR voice, what's on YOUR heart may become a life raft for someone else when you'd least expect it - and will free yourself in the process.
