The other day, my sugar crashed. I’ve never experienced this before and thought it wasn't a real thing, just something people say when they are really really hungry. Now I feel like an ass because of all the times I invalidated people who said they were experiencing a sugar crash. This is exactly the situation that has happened to me throughout my entire life, where people don’t believe me because they haven’t experienced something I have.
