Let's do The Work.   Worksheet: My mom suffers from dementia and won't take her meds. I want my mom to take her meds. I want her to at least take the antibiotic (for the delusions). (Advice to my mom:) My mom should help herself to get better, and understand that she needs to take her meds. (For me to be happy:) I need my mom to stop saying ridiculous things. Mom is afraid, a hard worker, ridiculous, unreasonable, stubborn, and self-sufficient.
