She is an accredited Senior Practitioner Coach with the European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC), empowering executive leaders to drive improvement. Her portfolio is underpinned by her experience of working as a Teacher, Headteacher and National Strategies Consultant. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education and the National Professional Qualification for Headteachers (NPQH).
