It's important to offer assistance, be patient, and create an inclusive environment where veterans feel comfortable.As employers and colleagues, we can be more supportive by acknowledging the sacrifices veterans have made, expressing gratitude for their service, and being open to conversations about their experiences (although not triggering them explicitly).Moreover, as managers, we should be aware of the potential performance challenges veterans may face due to their disabilities and provide necessary support while respecting their privacy.Expect a special, thought provoking episode and we are grateful for Isaac sharing openly about his experience and giving valuable tips.
