119. A behind the scenes look at the support I have in my business & life

Last week I released our newest offer, Explore, and I received a message in my Instagram DM’s which said: “Every time you put out something, I want to buy it, and I also ask myself - how does she get the time? Are you so busy?”And I wanted to speak about this and transparently take you behind the curtain of the support I have in my business (and life) as it’s a big part of how I am able to bring things to life quickly, to a high standard. Part of the reason I felt called to record this is because we have normalised investing in coaching and personal development, but not investing in support in our own home. I still see marketing ALL THE TIME that says, in a nutshell, “look at me running this successful business and being a mother and a great wife and exercising and achieving and resting and I’m just doing ALL THE THINGS SO WELL” with zero mention of the support they have.
