Cửa hàng bún đậu mắm tôm có tên là “Mắm” của chị Nhung Đào và chồng là anh Jerald Head mở bán từ tháng 9/2020 tại khu Lower East Side - New York. Mẹt bún đậu mắm tôm được trang trí giống như những mẹt bún đậu truyền thống của Việt Nam. Gồm có bún được cắt theo từng khối, đậu hũ được chiên từng miếng nhỏ vuông vức, có lòng, chả cốm, thịt heo,.. và đặc biệt là chén mắm tôm màu tím nhạt đặc trưng. Cách pha chế mắm tôm là do chính bố của chị Nhung Nguyễn chỉ lại cho anh Jerald Head.
