#119 Travis Steffens - Breathing life into cells, business, community and tech

On this episode, we had the honor of talking to Travis Steffens. We can call him a Conscious Entrepreneur but a title might be too constraining. So, let’s be more like breath: ever-changing, ever renewing. Travis tells us about his real estate business and how it vertically integrated other companies to provide a more holistic service to its clients, customers, and also his employees -which he picked-up from the streets. His definition of Conscious Capitalism entails having positive gains to all stakeholders, sometimes consciously and directly, sometimes indirectly and with less control. We talked about the poetics of breath and the breath within the poetry of living. No one is a Savior, no one is higher-up in the hierarchy. These are only perceptions that have become truth because we have repeated them ad-nauseam. We also talked about the biology of our beliefs and how our minds shape reality and our health. Travis is now launching an app called THE BREATH SOURCE, to integrate in the same platform all the breathwork experts and coaches from around the world. Travis Steffens is a Real Estate investor and developer. He is a big proponent of Conscious Capitalism, one that re-invents the way we do business for the sake of the planet and the millions of individuals who live in distressing circumstances. Travis uses his heart before his mind, which makes him even more successful. He is about to launch a new app that reunites the best breathwork coaches and experts from around world.
