#119 Trent Shelton

Episode 119 Trent Shelton is a First Class Father and a former NFL Wide Receiver who played ball with the Colts, Redskins and Seahawks. He is currently the founder and president of a Christian-based non-profit organization, Rehab Time. During March 2009 Shelton started making two-minute videos to track his progress of bettering his life and would always end the videos with, "It's RehabTime."
