If you’ve ever felt like you just need more discipline, more consistency, or the right plan to finally feel good in your body, this episode is going to challenge that. In this conversation, I’m sharing my personal journey of stepping away from dieting—and what led me there. From being told to stop exercising, to realizing how much mental space food and body thoughts were taking up, to asking a deeper question: what does God actually say about our bodies? We’re talking about: why dieting keeps you stuck in a cycle of trying, failing, and starting over how much time and energy is actually being spent thinking about food and your body where intuitive eating came from and how it connects to how God designed us the difference between control and trust when it comes to your health and the first 4 principles that begin rebuilding your relationship with food This isn’t about giving up on your health. It’s about letting go of the pressure, the guilt, and the constant striving—and learning how to live in a way that actually feels peaceful, sustainable, and aligned with your identity in Christ.
