#119: Zack Yanyk - Warrior Flow Fitness

On episode 119 of Welcome To The Winners Circle, Derek Pang interviews Zack Yanyk (IG: @frankenlegs; www.warriorflowfitness.com), a man widely regarded as one of the top Indian Clubs and Steel Mace practitioners and coaches in the world. He’s a Level 2 Steel Mace Flow educator @steelmaceflow, creator of SMF Indian Clubs (@smf.indianclubs) and leads Warrior Flow Fitness @warriorflowfitness the world's first Steel Mace specific studio, also the largest mace training community in Canada. He’s known for his hour long sets with the 10kg (22 pounds) or 12kg (26 pounds) mace, something few other people in the world have pulled off, and his even longer "endurance sets”, which include swinging a mace for 15hrs and swining an Indian Clubs for 24 hours.
