In Isaiah 40:6-7, the prophet voices a timeless lament: "The grass withers, the flower fades...surely the people are grass." It's true. Everything changes. Things fall apart. It's built into the wharp and woof of the universe. The 2nd Law of Thermodynamics states that "Entropy" is the reality for the world around us.Yet, the prophet utters a divinely inspired word of hope - amidst his cry: "The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of the Lord stands forever" (Is 40:8).In this sermon, Pastor Kevin shares a story from his own life that tackles the challenge of change.
