Bic DeCaro is the Team Leader of Bic DeCaro & Associates of eXp Realty, a real estate team that ranks in the top 1% of agents in Northern Virginia. With over two decades in the business and half a billion in sales, Bic enjoys sharing her experience through mentoring and coaching agents. Her team production grew from $38M to $91M in just 2 years. She is a graduate of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors Leadership Institute. She chaired NVAR's Community Outreach Committee and the Vietnamese Realtor Forum for several years before starting her team. She has served on Zillow's Agent Advisory Board since 2012 and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Cape Ivy. Bic grew up in McLean, Virginia and received her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington. She currently lives in Great Falls, VA with her husband, 2 children and 2 dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending her kid's games, traveling, playing tennis and golf.
