12-6-22: Small changes, big results

I don’t know about you but I can’t believe how fast this year went by. In fact, I find myself saying that at the end of most years. So I want to encourage you to really let that feeling sink in, really feel how fast a year goes by and then think…what if next year I spent a little time each day on something that will make my life better this time next year? 

For example: 

What if you bought one less coffee per week? How much extra cash would you have for Christmas presents next year?

What if you played piano for 15 min per day? How many songs could you learn in a year?

What if you walked 20 min per day and listened to a walking meditation? How far could you walk and how sound would your mind be?
