I would love to hear from you, just send me text and let me know what you think of the podcast.
People often ask me how I stay in shape and how I have so much energy. The answer is actually much simpler than people think, it’s because I always stay in motion physically and mentally.
I realized at a young age, being a professional athlete, that I had to stay in great shape. So I created a workout routine and I haven’t missed a workout since I was 18 years old. The same goes for having mental energy. I am always reading and learning and traveling. I love to learn new things and to talk to new people. That keeps my brain in motion and keeps me curious.
Now that I am in “retirement age” I believe keeping that physical and mental motion is vital to me living a happy and purposeful life.
Being a World Series Champion was amazing but I can honestly say that I enjoy my life today just as much and often more than I did then and it’s because I have never stopped moving and learning.
