She is an advocate for Women's Health and is passionate about supporting people through personal situations that are often experienced as shameful or taboo. She owns Pachamama Yoga Shala, in Kentucky, where she and several others provide healing, education, and guidance to the community around everything related to the Womb, from the beginning of menstruation to menopause and beyond. She deeply believes that true healing for all lies in pulling back from the glorified masculine energy of action and production and reestablishing a connection with the feminine energy of restoration and being.
