12: Dave, Kevin & Chris Talk Shifts in the Market

This week Dave Z and I join Kevin on the Kevin & Fred Show.  We discuss the shifting real estate market in Arizona.  Our market is quickly changing as more and more homes are starting to hit the market.  Because of the market shift, this makes us as Realtors need to shift our strategies with it.  We touch on creating effective strategies so our buyers and sellers are always prepared and know what is happening throughout their process.  Talking about both ends, buyers side and sellers side.  Each type of market has its own challenges.  The three of us discuss the different markets there have been throughout our years in real estate.  We each talk about different ways we can always be ready for whatever type of market comes our way, each providing different ideas of what can be done.
