12 Days of Christmas, Fertility + Main Character Energy

Happy New Year!  Thank you for being here.  This is… our year. Around this time of year, many are setting goals, creating vision boards, or getting into new routines.  For some, the quickest way to get to a goal is a straight line.  For others, it’s more of a windy scenic route - but we get there eventually.  It just takes some time. In today’s episode, here’s what you have to look forward to: The 12 Days of Christmas and really what counts as those days Dopamine’s effect on your productivity Fertility and the hard reality of being exposed to and responding to the social media announcements for other people’s pregnancy journey A reminder that… sometimes you may need to give yourself a break from the constant mental and physical process of trying to conceive - and that’s ok.
