12. Feminine Energy Series | Increasing Sensitivity

Hello my loves, Welcome back to another episode of Creatrix! The next episode in our feminine energy series is all about increasing sensitivity! Sensitivity is one of the most potent aspects of feminine energy and allows us to deepen into our embodiment tenfold. We can have physical, emotional, energetic and psychic sensitivity and when we turn the dial up or down on one of those, it turns the dial up or down across all of them. This quality allows us to deepen into our own emotional needs and uncover a network of communication that our bodies are constantly trying to speak to us through. When we increase our sensitivity, we become more empathic and able to pick up on what feelings & thoughts come from us, and when they are the projections of people in our lives. This is a really common cause of stress, anxiety, sadness, depression and rumination. When we take on the feelings of those closest to us and don't have the ability to discern where it came from and if it belongs to us. In todays episode we cover the importance of sensitivity and how it relates to the feminine descent, the different types of sensitivities we can encounter and how they show up in our bodies, common ways that we numb ourselves from our sensitivity, and tools on how to begin to increase this quality in our daily lives.
