#12: Foundational Support: Expanding & Healing from the Ground Up - An Analogy

Hello!! In this min solo episode I discuss with you a download that I received recently about the different levels of expansion and the different people, courses, books that assist us with different aspects of this journey. From the foundational support, to the stretchers, helping you build your "building" from the ground up to your "sky deck". The sturdier the foundation we create for ourselves, the stronger and more powerful the entire building. After deep healing work, I was stuck at a foundational level, not sure what to do next. As I called in more mentors, courses, communities I have been able to stretch and expand more and more.
