A little about Kevin's family in WNC, his Blue Ridge Gospel Quartet Days, and how an idea becomes a law in the NC Legislature.Kevin Corbin was born and raised in Western North Carolina in the mountains of Macon County. Corbin began his legislative career in the State House and was sworn into his first term in the House of Representatives in January 2017. As a freshman member of the House, Kevin was appointed to several leadership roles for the state such as the K-12 education committee, the education appropriation committee as well as committees for transportation, wildlife, and state and local government.
