In 1994 Sheila launched her business FREEDomain Concepts, when little was known about this problem. In 2014 Sheila changed direction and instead of visiting people’s home she started meeting them online. She now trains other professional organizers worldwide so they too can understand what are the advantages and ethics of helping someone online work on their clutter and hoarding problem.
