The lessons are incredibly simple and easy to follow. The book is broken into 6 main chapters, the first explaining the fundamentals of a conversation and the other 5 elaborating on other techniques from a beginners level to a masters level.I can't stress enough how much you should read this book if you want to navigate the current political environment.
