12: How to NOT message to recruiter (valuable feedback a cold message to me)

You have set a clear goal to now (finally) find a job.  You are determined to find a job.  Now. You have been told you need to take the initiative and tap into the hidden job market. And that's exactly what you're doing now.  Just like all the others who are posting their job-seeking success on LinkedIn. You will too.  That's why you make a plan, reserve huge time slots in your calendar, and start writing to recruiters. You're focused and will squeeze out your chance to get hired.  You will learn today what NOT to write when reaching out to recruiters.
