#12 Jivamukti Yoga "Moment to Moment" 65min

from BruceYogi Yoga Classes · host BruceYogi

Bonus: - Yoga Nidra practice -  A short Jivamuktu Yoga class, ending with 15 mins Yoga Nidra. "If your inner world is as chaotic as your outer existence, you are probably tossed about in this chaos like inside a whirl-pool, and miss the opportunity to experience the fullness of the moment. But if you can experience and therefore know stillness, you will be able to exist calmly in the eye of the storm, witnessing this chaos. This presents you with an opportunity to begin the work of stilling your inner chaos." For me, the practice of Nidra did just this. Allowing an experience of the surreal calm of the eye of the storm, a state of deep conscious rest called Nidra. Knowing peace, the work begins, to witness the moment to moment transition of life and the lifelong work of stilling the chaos. (a gentle Jivamukti Yoga class for all levels). May you find peace. Namaste.
