12: Jocelyn - Empowered Mom & Life-long Healer

from The Brave B*tches Podcast · host Hannah Sol Marie

On this episode, I talk with Jocelyn, a literal treasure trove of knowledge on energy work, empowered parenting, and healing from trauma. She shares her journey of learning energy work, how this supports her day to day life, as well as allows her to serve as her highest self. Jocelyn is a yoga teacher, creator of the Empowered Mom’s Club, wellness coach, and an energy worker trained in NLP and an ancient Hawaiian practice called Huna. We dive into working in the wellness space and holding both the science and “woo woo” and the importance of using both in our healing journeys. I learned so much in this episode from Jocelyn and left the conversation feeling inspired and uplifted, as I’m sure all of her clients feel working with her!
