Danny opens up about the day he lost his father to suicide, the days and years that followed. His father, Colm was an accomplished triathlete and was showing Danny the ropes before he passed. Danny has now dedicated his life to creating more awareness and support around mental health. He puts his body through intense challenges including 10 Ironmans in 10 days and is about to swim 100KM in the river Foyle all in celebration of people who have lost their lives to suicide. He wants to remember and celebrate them for the good times. Danny is an inspiration and a shining light to anyone who has lost someone dear to them.
