12. My Past Lives [Part 2]: Anxiety Around Leaving Home

from The Yapping Hermit · host Aline

This is the second part of a multi-epsidode series about my personal past lives, where I dive deep into all the past life regressions I have done so far and the important lessons I was able to learn from them.In this episode, we explore the stories of my second and third past life regressions, which share an overarching theme; the theme of moving out of the parental home, leaving familiar surroundings, and the anxiety that can come with that. And even though both lifetimes share that common theme, they have drastically different outcomes. It is my belief that, during a regression, your Higher Self will always show you the past life that will best help you navigate your current life-season, in order for you to move forward–and so it is no coincedence that I was shown those lifetimes during a time where I felt called (and pressured) to finally move out of my parents’ but also felt really anxious about leaving the place I grew up and had lived in all my life. Through revisiting those past lives I was able to clearly see the subconscious ties that were still holding me back from taking that next step in my life, plus I received some important confirmation around a soul connection which helped me take heart and do what had scared me for so long.If you feel called to try it out for yourself, here’s the spotify link to the past life regression meditation I used:Past Life Regression Guided Meditation–Here are the spotify links to the podcasts I recommend about past lives & co.:1. Past Lives with Mayra Rath2. The Past Life Regression Podcast3. Wisdom from the Akasha4. This Is Mariya–I also want to appologise for the subpar sound quality in this episode. You'll notice some high-pitched ringing here and there throughout the episode (feedback-loop(?) that I have no clue how it came to be), as well as some shuffling noises towards the end (that I also have no clue where they came from). I did try to fix those issues in post but–since I'm still pretty new to this and am very much not tech-savvy–I sadly wasn't able to fully remedy them. It's not horrendous, you'll still be able to hear and understand what I'm saying clearly, it might just be a little distracting at times. Thanks for being patient with me while I'm still learning ✨all that techy stuff✨ and I'll try my best to ensure that future episodes deliver better sound quality again.–If you feel called to share your own thoughts or experiences, or book a Human Design & Astrology reading with me you can reach out to me on Instagram or via email at [email protected]. l'd love to hear from you. ✨–And if you liked this episode, it would mean a lot to me if you followed the show and left a rating and review/comment, or shared it with someone who might like it too, so that more people can find this podcast. Thank you so much! 🫶🏼
