#12: My Uncle Larry

I stood on the balcony of a million-dollar home in the California hills next to my father, we both looked out over the trees and watched the sun come through them. I was in awe of the beauty in front of me, the elegance and peacefulness I was experiencing. I looked at my father and said "Isn't it beautiful?" He didn't look at me, he was quiet and focused on something...what he said next changed my life forever on what it meant to be "healthy".
