Terence has quite the story from the beginning in Tae Kwon Do, transitioning to Kickboxing, stepping into the cage after his friends signed him up for a mixed martial arts fight and his transition to jiu jitsu. Terence and I dive deep into thoughts about Jiu jitsu, and we also discuss his progression over the years. He has trained at many gyms, and we are fortunate to have him training and sharing his expertise with us at North Coast Jiu Jitsu.
