12. The Anitidote for Worry

from The Becoming You Show with Leah Roling: From Potential to Proof · host Leah Roling

Join me today as I share with you the antidote for worry. If you missed my previous podcast on worry I broke down what worry is and why we worry, I also gave you some strategies on how to reframe it. In todays podcast, I am going to share with you how faith, which is an intellectual experience of trust, invites us to live in alignment, to live in awareness of the spirit and live into the potential of our Becoming. There is a whole scientific study in the area of community psychology which is fascinating. It basically means that we will never have enough people doing this work to support the work that is required to mentally and emotionally heal our world. Which means we need to create communities to help. My hope is that we are creating a community by way of this podcast and through my online coaching community Becoming. I wish I could get this work into the hands of every woman I know. Maybe you could help me. Who do you want to do this life with? Maybe you click the 3 dots, copy the link and send this to them.
